Xi'an High-tech Enterprises Association was established in 1995 and is the only comprehensive social organization in Xi'an High-tech Zone. It is also recognized as a “Shaanxi Province SME Public Service Demonstration Platform. The association is centered around high-tech enterprises,  supported by various service organizations,  industry allianc universities,  and research institutes.
