Xi'an High-tech Enterprises Association was established in 1995 and is the only comprehensive social organization in Xi'an High-tech Zone. It is also recognized as a “Shaanxi Province SME Public Service Demonstration Platform.” The association is centered around high-tech enterprises, supported by various service organizations, industry alliances, universities, and research institutes. By actively integrating resources and continuously enriching and innovating its services and models, the association has gained recognition from its member companies and has become one of the most established, widely membered, well-organized, and influential social organizations in Xi'an and Shaanxi Province.

With the mission of “empowering enterprise growth and supporting industrial development,” the association is dedicated to building a comprehensive service platform for enterprises in Shaanxi Province. It promotes the development of high-tech industries and the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, facilitates the formation and growth of industrial clusters, organizes quality resources, fosters industry-academia-research cooperation, promotes enterprise technology innovation, and advances industrial technology collaboration. The association accelerates the commercialization, industrialization, and internationalization of high-tech achievements. Meanwhile, it unites high-tech enterprises, strengthens coordination, expands communication, protects rights, reflects concerns, and plays the role of a bridge, fostering a fertile ground for entrepreneurship and innovation.

The association conducts various activities, including high-end training, industry forums, exhibitions, entrepreneur networking events, and organizes enterprises to “go out and invite in.” Through service awareness and quality, the association helps enterprises broaden their horizons, innovate their thinking, learn from advanced experiences, and develop new models, enabling them to achieve growth and leap-forward development.

Over the past two decades, the association has achieved large-scale growth, with over 1,000 member units, including well-known enterprises and research institutes such as ShaanGu Group, XD Group, BYD, Fast Gear, Samsung, Micron, Zhongtian Rocket, China Unicom, Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics of CAS, Infineon, AVIC Fujitec, and Deloitte Consulting. The association has established six sub-associations, including those for high-end equipment manufacturing, foreign-invested enterprises, the automotive industry, biopharmaceuticals, property management, and SMEs. These sub-associations cover high-tech enterprises and potential companies in sectors like advanced manufacturing, electronics, and modern services. With broad geographical distribution and strong industry representation, the association is a crucial force in promoting the business environment development of Xi'an High-tech Zone.
