Tax risk management for enterprises

June 01 ,2026

On the afternoon of May 28, a training session titled “Transfer Pricing Compliance and Tax Risk Management for Enterprises Going Global,” jointly organized by the Xi'an High-Tech Enterprise Association and the Xi'an Listed Companies Association and co-organized by Kaiyuan Securities, was held at the Kaiyuan Securities Gaoxin Huijin Wealth Center. The Xi'an Municipal Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, the Tax Bureau of the Xi'an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of the State Administration of Taxation, and the Business Bureau of the Xi'an High-Tech Zone provided guidance and support for this event. The event attracted numerous CFOs, tax officers, and senior executives in charge of international business from various enterprises; the venue was packed, and the atmosphere was highly enthusiastic.

As more and more companies in Xi'an High-tech Zone accelerate their overseas expansion, cross-border tax compliance, transfer pricing risk management, and the establishment of overseas corporate structures have become real challenges for enterprises seeking to expand abroad in a stable and sustainable manner. This training session focuses on topics including the latest developments in OECD Pillar Two and Amount B, pricing strategies for related-party transactions, practical approaches to multi-country tax compliance, and global macroeconomic trends—aiming to help companies strengthen their risk-control defenses and enhance their international competitiveness.

Li Qianyang, Deputy Director of the International Taxation Division of the Xi'an Municipal Tax Bureau, delivered a speech. She pointed out that cross-border tax compliance is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to go global in a steady and sustainable manner. The tax authorities will continue to optimize international tax services, helping enterprises make good use of tax treaties and mitigate the risk of double taxation. At the same time, she reminded enterprises to pay close attention to preparing contemporaneous documentation for transfer pricing and ensuring the quality of related-party reporting.
