To further advance industry-academia-research collaborative innovation, connect university AI innovation resources with local enterprise development, and deliver targeted support for listed and high-tech enterprises pursuing digital, intelligent transformation and global expansion, a special cooperation and exchange symposium was held on August 14. The event was jointly organized by the AI Convergence Innovation Management Research Institute of Xi’an Jiaotong University and the Xi’an Listed Companies Association.

The symposium gathered diverse industrial and university resources, with representatives from the Xi’an High-Tech Enterprise Association, Shaanxi Biantan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Xi’an Kangchen Technology Co., Ltd. in attendance. Participants jointly explored innovative models of university-enterprise cooperation and industrial empowerment to drive high-quality corporate development.

The session opened with institutional introductions, where each participant presented their functional positioning, core businesses and service resources, accurately identifying resource matching points and feasible cooperation entry points. Guided by the principles of complementary advantages, resource sharing and mutual benefit, all parties conducted in-depth discussions to fully align industrial development demands with university scientific and technological innovation resources.

The participants reached a consensus on multi-level, comprehensive university-enterprise cooperation and finalized three key collaboration directions. First, the two sides will jointly build a customized talent training system. Tailored practical training programs covering AI-enabled digital management, tech enterprise incubation and capital market compliance will be developed to cultivate professional talents and build a sustainable enterprise talent pipeline.

Second, the parties will jointly expand enterprise overseas service capabilities. By integrating the association’s corporate resource advantages, the university’s think tank research strength and consulting firms’ market-oriented service expertise, they will provide listed and high-tech enterprises with one-stop support including overseas market research, compliance and risk control, and international operation supporting services.

Third, both sides will deepen industry-academia-research integration and accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. Smooth transformation channels will be established to translate the university’s cutting-edge AI research results into industrial applications. Regular enterprise field visits will be organized to capture actual transformation needs, promoting the implementation of laboratory technologies in corporate production and operational scenarios.

The symposium effectively bridges university scientific and technological innovation resources, association platform resources and enterprise market resources. It marks a pragmatic step forward in deepening university-enterprise collaborative innovation and empowering the high-quality development of the local sci-tech industry.
