On the afternoon of August 7, 2026, a seminar on precision customer acquisition via foreign trade social media and exhibition marketing was successfully held at the Science and Innovation Fund Park. Guided by the Xi’an High-tech Zone Bureau of Commerce, organized by the Xi’an High-tech Enterprise Association and co-hosted by Shaanxi Jiazhe Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd., the event received official guidance from Zhang Xiaodong, Director of the News and Information Division of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial Committee. More than 40 representatives from local foreign trade enterprises attended for professional exchanges.

The event opened with an introduction to the Xi’an High-tech Zone Comprehensive Trade Service Platform. Equipped with integrated functions for policy inquiry, trade support and resource matching, the platform aims to help enterprises break through overseas market barriers and enhance their international operational capacity.

Huang Chun, Partner of Supply Chain Network and Operations Consulting at Deloitte, delivered a keynote speech on AI-driven intelligent supply chain upgrading. She pointed out that AI is overhauling traditional supply chain operations, shifting decision-making from experience reliance to data-based real-time collaboration. This innovation greatly optimizes demand forecasting, production scheduling, cross-border coordination and risk early warning. She also analyzed the influence of the “China + N” strategy on enterprises’ global expansion plans.

Tan Li, CEO of the Global Expansion Division at Wancheng Yunshang, shared practical B2B overseas client acquisition strategies. Drawing on eight years of cross-border marketing experience, she focused on three core channels: independent enterprise websites, social media and offline trade shows.
She explained tailored operation strategies for mainstream platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, and shared low-cost content creation methods and full-funnel solutions to convert social media traffic. In addition, she illustrated the full-cycle trade show marketing model, covering pre-show preparation, on-site lead capturing via social media and QR code drainage, and post-show resource precipitation to realize long-term marketing value.
With practical cases from over 1,000 enterprises, she highlighted the strengths of multi-channel integrated marketing and answered on-site questions targeting enterprises’ overseas marketing pain points.

As a targeted empowerment activity for local foreign trade enterprises, the seminar offered forward-looking insights into AI-enabled supply chain transformation and actionable social media and exhibition marketing tactics. It helps enterprises build standardized overseas marketing systems, cut global customer acquisition costs, and boost the high-quality and international development of foreign trade business in Xi’an High-tech Zone.
